Ashley Darby

Ashley Darby (born April 14 1988) is an American actress and singer. Her fame grew after becoming Miss District of Columbia, in 2011. Since the start the first season of The Real Housewives of Potomac in the beginning of January, 2016 She has been a major role in this show. Ashley Darby is a successful entrepreneur who has a passion helping others and promoting the holistic way of life. Ashley comes from Maryland and is a strong personality, was infused by her parents with the determination to be successful. Ashley was the oldest of her family and grew to work multiple jobs as an adult. She was able to support her mother as she is single and her two younger siblings. When she turned 18 years old, she attended the University of Maryland, and she also worked as a bartender in order to keep a steady financial position for her and her family. When she was bartending, Ashley was approached in Miss District of Columbia. Miss District of Columbia Pageant which she won the title in the year 2011. Ashley was introduced to Michael Darby, an Australian millionaire from real estate who's age is 29 years old than she is. Ashley found herself in a completely new world. Ashley was married to Michael in 2018, and the couple became proud parents Dean Michael (born in 2019) and Dylan Matthew (2021). After 8 years couple, they divorced in 2022. Ashley is an accredited yoga teacher who believes in the value of inner peace and the physical aspect. Ashley even though she is having the best time ever, is still working to balance love and family business. Ashley's profession is television personality. Her first job was as a bartender in order to provide for her family. Her love of fashion and entertainment was there since she was very young. She also entered the contest with all her determination. Similarly, in 2011, she won the title of Miss District of Columbia and took home her title. Then she participated at the Miss America pageant but even though she didn't get the title, she was able to receive a scholarship. The scholarship was $5000 and she also received the John Curran Award for Non-Finalist Interview.
